I didn’t get the room that I initially booked for which was mountain facing. Bathroom didn’t have complimentary soaps.

The beach chairs were not smelling fresh. They need some good fabric conditioner and a nice scent after rain to revive the aroma. The power outages on Saturday evening came with a lot of inconvenience as it was hot and we needed the aircorn to cool ourselves down.

The breakfast was quite amazing and definitely good value for money. I just wish they have more options on the menu but very good nonetheless. Rose and the rest of the staff were quite a pleasure to deal with!!

Communication needs a serious review, the numbers provided for calls were not working They just rang without someone calling back. The toilet in our room was not flushing properly, shower door was not closing well so water was wasted. The room was not as advertised but was okay if you were there just to sleep. There were no shower caps offered which was weird 🤔. You cannot bring drinks from outside because they want to force you to buy at their expensive bar.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived late for check-in at midnight, and there was someone there to assist us. How can I not talk about Rose, she is a darling 😍. We were able to make friends with other couples visiting the venue during the late-night swimming sessions.

Unfortunately, on the day that we were there the outdoor area had been hired to be used for a music video/live music performance. We were informed about it on arrival but it continued until around 19:30. We understood that it was an abnormal occurrence but the music was loud and did affect the ambience and our ability to utilize the outdoor area.

Beautiful, detailed place with a lovely outdoor area. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great value for money. We had a great stay in the presidential suite.

we would suggest upgrading the drainage system in the showers and raising the temperature in the heated pool.

We had a great experience at Club Cocomo! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Charlotte, who assisted us throughout our stay. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made our visit even more enjoyable. While everything was fantastic.

The staff were a mixed bag. When I checked in I met a very sour lady but fortunately another took over and was more friendly and open. Also once I left they did not bother to call and let me know I had left my tripod, however when I went back they had it packed away at reception

The beach aesthetic is very nice. Super clean and beautiful surroundings. Good vibes and great bar area by the pool. Very immaculate

I liked almost everything about Club Cocomo the pool, the room being big, the bar for some drinks

The view of the Bahama room the advertising reflects of view of the dam, and this is not true it was dry bog trees.

It would have been more great if the price included like a bed and breakfast due to like the facilities provided it will increase the demand for overnight stay.
