Staff at customer desk/service needs to be more polite, it looks arrogant. i have informed that i will reach late in night but they did it prepared my keys etc., however security staff helped us a lot. There were lot of mosquitoes all around the village. It has spoiled all the fun in the evening/night. They should make some arrangement e.g. smoke etc.

It was clean & well maintained. Evening programs were good in theater. Beach could not untiled as much as in other holiday villages in Italy.

Check-in is until midnight, but when we arrived late at night, there was only security who didn't speak English. It was difficult to communicate, but we got the keys to the house and were allowed into the area. Great!

Good place for kids and family: lots of entertainment, private cabins, lots of trees, pools, beach, even shop etc. i.e. Perfect for a 3-4 day vacation.

Aircondition was quite weak, cannot imagine staying there during temperatures at or over 35°C

Location, facilities, kitchen equipment, restaurants, grocery shop, all was very nice, we were satisfied :)

Way to many mosquitoes really bad at the beach to include so much seaweed. This made my family not want to visit the beach just the pool.

The multiple pools and amount of sun beds were nice. That’s where we spent most of our time

The mobile home is too small and cramped- other than that it was a good stay. It took over an hour of driving at 70km/h to get there off the toll road - a bit tedious.

The slides and pools were good. Only 1hr drive to Venice

Od the day when you go home, you can't stay in the camp on the pools or the beach, you must leave camp at 10.00 in the morning and can go back in... VERY BAD SISTEM - 0 POINTS FOR THIS

At one point the toilet was leaking from the screw at the base and smelling towards the end of our stay. There were ants on the bed.

It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was also close to the beach.

Too small house and a little old. We could barely move there. The shower really small. The beds were ok. The sea- horrible. Dirty water with a lot of mess, wooden sticks, leaves, parts of plastic bags etc. The water colour was brown. No towels in the house, you need to buy. Last day the smell of canalization outside, but before ok.

The slides and the pools were perfect. The house was clean. The evening program was fun as well.

Towels and even toilet paper was not provided, for 5* place it's not serious. Smell of sewerage was all over the place and specially in the house. Sea was dirty

The restaurant on the beach Genoa, The food was terrible. and the staff kept playing music loud from telephones.

The place was 100% dog friendly. Pool was good and clean. Beer and Aperol at €5.00 was fair. The bar by the pool staff really friendly.

Toillets by the pools were filthy. Beach was dirty every day, which means that resort did not clean it every evening/morning. Water slides opened later then the pools and were closed during the luch time, which was odd. Restaurants offered average food. If you like to eat great Italian food go to a restaurant outside the resort.

The accomodation was spacious and clean. The evening program was very nice and also the entertainment around the pool was good. We appreciated lot of trees in the area.
