“We had 4 nights here as the farewell to our Italian holiday and it was a fabulous stay in Venice. The apartment is in a great location in Cannaregio (only a couple of doors down from the Hotel Ca ‘D’Oro) and just minutes from the boat transport from the airport and the Rialto bridge. It’s in a private area with minimal tourist traffic but only 2 min walk to a Coop Supermarket, multiple restaurants and shops and is easy walking to all the major sites. As with just about all Venice apartments there is no elevator, but as the apartment is located on the first floor there are only about 15 steps to get into the apartment.
The accommodation was spacious and light and matched the description online. The beds are large and comfortable with good bedding. The kitchen is huge and very well equipped (washing machine/dishwasher/oven/toaster and full sized fridge). There are two good bathrooms, that were supplied with body wash and plenty of towels. The internet was strong and consistent and there is A/C units located in the living area and the bedrooms (which cool the apartment beautifully).
The host Alberto was very proactive in communicating and providing useful information beforehand to assist during our stay. Veronica (Apartment Manager) met us upon arrival to hand over keys and go through the apartment details and was amazingly helpful during our stay. Veronica even booked a private boat taxi for us to go to the airport upon our departure.
The apartment has wonderful views of the canal and its myriad of passing traffic and the living area looks out onto lush greenery and red rooftops- a picture perfect location! We can highly recommend the accommodation and hope to return in the future.”
“The apartment is very spacious if staying there as a group of four. The kitchen and living room had everything to feel like at home. The bedrooms where modern and comfortable. The location is great as it is only a 10 minute drive to Cortina and having a parking space available helps allot! The owners where very attentive and communication was easy - all our questions/ requests were answered immediately. Would definitely recommend!”
“So cozy apartment situated on the oldest island Judecca . First floor was our, second - for other travellers. For us it wasn’t a big deal. We haven’t seen each other at all. It was clean and good. And the best solution was to pick for nights this island. Because cafes there are super cheap and also have this real Italian vibe! Here live only local people.”
