Very little tea and milk in the room although we were staying 2 days and no decaff tea. Breakfast room very cold and tea/coffee not brought to the table, you had to use a machine and the hot water was not nearly hot enough for tea. No bath though there was a lovely big shower

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Staff were friendly and mostly helpful especially the cleaning staff and in the spa. The omelette station was great as were the breakfast choices

They put us on the same corridor as people who were attending a wedding in the hotel. Constant laughing and shouting until about 12 at night. Arrived to check in and out and both times the front desk member of staff answered the phone while serving us, literally standing there for 5 mins until she was off the phone. This was checking in and out. Even thought they were both very nice I thought this was rude.

It was bang in the centre and close to everything. Big room with lovely bathroom and big bed.

Because the color of the carpets in the section I was staying in (dark magenta) it was quite obvious that the floors had not been Hoovered. Such a mistake!

You think you are paying extra for the spa facilities yet these were not included. Very disappointing in this respect.

Very disappointed the spa, swimming pool and sauna weren’t included. Might as well booked a premier inn at half the price. The hotel was very nice though

The restaurant linked was absolutely terrible and a massive let down when arriving late and needing to eat and not knowing the area restaurant in dire is always a bonus but this one should not be associated with the Hilton brand.

The bathroom needed some attention, a little tired in places but easily fixed.

On arriving, the receptionist made us feel very welcome. She was informative, and at the end of check-in, you get a warm cookie! The reception team were so friendly every time you walked in, they remembered us every time. The building was a mix of new and old, our room was renovated from the old historical building with an amazing staircase outside. Clean room. Great hotel features such as a cigar terrace and old library. Bar area was nice for drinks after a day of exploring. Parking close by and a great location.

Beds wernt the best good size but not great for comfort ( my opinion I love my own bed) Price of the breakfast is steep its £19.99 for a budget breakfast per person I wouldn't have minded paying this if it was a fry up .. we ended up going elsewhere. I feel the doors in the spa should be soft closing when you are in the relaxation room alls you can hear is door banging petty thing to complain about but it is noticed however I didn't hear anything when in the treatment room .

Some damp around window area. Shower not working and promises to fix not met, then they admitted were aware and awaiting spares. Promised gesture to compensate for this never happened. Very poor customer service in this respect.

Only negative is that my room window faced the masquerade club opposite and some nights it was quite loud. Again one night there was a wedding reception so music was loud as it is an old building the noise travels. Would not have been as issue if I was not having to get up early to work.

Great location close to all of the popular locations and close to the docks. Staff were very friendly, rooms were good size and hotel facilities good too.

Not as clean as I expected, the bed was not comfortable, the salt shakers ( I tried 2) in the breakfast room needed to be clean. Had to open to use the salt

Slight problem when checking in, but the person checking me in was in training, The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and pubs. Within walking distance of Mathew Street (Cavern Club) and Lime Street Station. The hotel was very modern.
