There were no facilities to leave my luggage after checking out. The host said that there would be an additional charge and that I would have to collect my luggage back before 6pm. This did not work for me. The host also suggested that I can leave my luggage at the bus station which I ended up doing. The hostel essentially has no staff after sun down.

First of all parking (check photos). On photos I saw, probably they will delete it, there was a sign with a parking, but the day I confirmed my reservation, they said they have no parking so i had to pay 14€ for parking in Granada! And there was no way to find a parking nearby, which is not their problem, but at least they shouldn't put Parking sign, because they probably mean parking for scooters. Secondly, room is way too small, bathroom is smaller than on a ship and bed for two is definitely not a bed for two, it is a bed for 1.4. All in all very very small with no a/c in the room which is for Granada catastrophic. I am really not picky, but come on, who gives 10 for this kind of rooms???

Location is good, we could enter the location whenever we wanted.

The shower handles were too high. Also there was no hot water until we opened the stopcock for the tube, that we had to close every time we finished showering because the shower leaked water all the time. Water of the bathroom went into the room and accumulated there. The rooms are small. There’s no air conditioning nor air currents, just a small fan. The coffee machine in the lobby didn’t work. There’s nowhere near to park the car.

The price. The shower was hot and had enough pressure. The lobby is nice.

The shower hot and cold taps are too high for the average person . Mine where almost impossible to turn off without wet hands never mind with. To do this you had to stand on a step surrounding the shower tray . I slipped and hurt myself a number of times . The manager shrugged and said they couldn't do anything . It is dangerous . Might be cheap but not if you are faced with injury . Shame or I would have rated it a good place to stay .

The shower head was broken and you had to hold it up when you showered. The shower was also extremely tiny. I'm not a fan of hard beds personally and the bed was quite hard, but my partner found the beds good as she likes a hard mattress.

Very cheap and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was as I expected off other reviews and was actually a good place to stay as long as you aren't expecting a 5 star hotel.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable of it, the mattress was slightly bigger than the structure. The toilet was in my opinion (specially the shower) small.

First of all say that what I loved from the place was how attentive the staff were. Well Sunny (hope I am writing it correctly) at the reception and Carmen were very kind. I really liked the location (easy to park on the area taking in consideration that you are in a city!!!) and that we could go by feet everywhere. Finally, the facilities, under the quality/price range were good. I also want to remark that the place felt and was very clean too. After a couple of days they offer to refresh our room (which was very appreciated)

The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. There is no kitchen or any option to store or prepare your own food. There was a coffee and snacks vending machine only.

Place was clean, but very small. The location was good, it was easy to walk to points of interest without it being in the middle of touristic hustle and bustle. The bare minimum, but cheap.

Bathroom and shower were ridiculously small. Couldn't move properly and taps were problematicly high. We had two rooms and one was E20 more expensive but they were almost identical. Not sure why the higher rate. (It says single room and double room on the site.)

the room was different, not the one in the picture. the payment was a trouble, there was too much chatting, call and drama for the delayed payment, no paypal or bank transfer worked, none of the cards worked, almost felt like a ransom. the street of the hotel is just barren
