Positive section of review
It‘s outside the city centre but easy to get to by DiDi/Taxi. I think if the weather is nice (sadly wasn‘t the case during our stay) you could also rent bicycles close by. The scenery around the place is beautiful, and the staff as well as the owner are super friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything we needed! The owner even hosted a tea ceremony for us because there wasn‘t much else to do (since the weather was really bad). They also accomodated us with vegan breakfast which we didn‘t expect to get in such a remote place. Limited English spoken but you can use your translator app or chat with them via wechat (which has an auto-translation function built in). We hope we can come back someday (maybe during a season where there is less rain🥲).

Our room was on the 3rd (or for Europeans: 2nd) floor with no elevator, which wasn‘t a problem for us but might be for some people.

The owner receptionists were both most helpful,sent messages on transport from the train station, waited to receive us where our taxi stop, giving information and advice on how to go about visiting Fenghuang, places to visit, restaurants, where to shop smart, not to be cheated... Rooms were very clean, bed were comfortable enough, toilet clean and beautiful view especially at night, overlooking the rows of brightly lited shops, cafes, pubs along Fenghuang River...would sure stay here again the next time I visit Fenghuang...

Very beautiful place to stay - next to seaside, close to the impressive led show on near buildings. Very comfortable apartment with a living room, bedroom, toilet and bathrooom - perfect if you have visitors during stay, to enjoy a tea and talk. Also close to the market with lot of restaurants. Very good breakfast in hote. Different kind of food, also live cooking. Highly recommended

The staff are friendly and helpful. First the hotel gave us a room, which has smoking smell, my nose is very sensitive and I requested to change the room. The second room is better. We were sleeping well here, very comfortable. Please take note, that if you want to use swimming pool, you must wear swimming cap.

"Premium" it's just in name. Room 339 is totally smoky, everything inside, like in all hotel. The glass surfaces and walls in bathroom never gone washed. One of the spotlamp on the ceiling shine 24/7. The staff not speaking in English, used translator on mobile phone
