“The staff couldn’t do anymore for us. First time we were in china and didn’t have a phone charger and staff gave us theirs to use while we were there. We had trouble with our taxi man and didn’t know how to pay him and the man at reception paid our taxi for us. Couldn’t fault the staff or property. Toothbrushes towels etc supplied and thankfully it had this as we didn’t have any of our own!”
