Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent staff. Famous large and extremely comfortable Sofitel bed. We were upgraded to a better room than we booked. Although the room was a bit tired it was very clean and very well maintained. Very nice Lanvin bathroom amenities. Happy our deserves a special mention.

Hong KongOur AC didn’t work very well so the room was very hot. But the AC worked in the second room. Hotel is getting dated, but it’s good value for money. Breakfast was busy and food would run out. Staff are low to replenish popular foods, so we gave up one day.
