Everything you could possibly think of for breakfast was available. Delicious and well presented. Enjoyed some beauty treatments and an amazing massage which set us up for the long journey home. All the staff were so efficient and extremely helpful.

The dinner buffé used to be better and we could hardly find any beef options this time. The noise from the construction area (a water park is being built) is understandable but we should have been informed before arrival.

We love the small details that few other hotels offer: a person that goes around the pool area to clean your sunglasses or spray refreshing mist on your face, the cold and free water stations around the pool (please switch to paper mugs guys), the thoughtful breakfast staff that brings a happy birthday crepe to our table, the welcoming lady in the reception area making sure everyone is attended to, all the smiles and so on. The hotel rooms are renovated and lovely. Very good breakfast buffé!

We loved the service especially at breakfast. Mr. Yusuf served us very well. We were very happy with his service. We were greeted with a bon voyage cheesecake on our last day as well. It was very sweet.

The never heard before system of payment where you are called (regardless the confirmed reservation) to pay in advance throught a different website a couple of days before the checkin under the menace of "booking not confirmed". I d understand collecting the amount from a credit card registered on booking once the cancellation date is passed but this instead is a stupid annoyance.

The hotel was excellent and the staff was great especially because of the great storm we had. The staff handled everything so well and was there to help us even though we couldn't leave the hotel due to the flooding. Thank you.

The toilet in the room was stinky. Twice at different time/days I asked for the tissue paper but they brought toilet paper😭😂

That was an enjoyable and memorable stay. We had a wedding anniversary and there was a pleasant amenity waiting in our room, that definitely made our day. The personnel was very polite and attentive, but mostly would like to mention Lissa and Saidul at the market cafe, who remembered our preferences from the very first day. Also would like to mention Fadi at the Front Desk and Manager Mohammed. We had an issue while staying at the property but that was resolved. Thanks for that. In general hotel staff is what worth to mention. My baby boy enjoyed the time playing with them. They gave him much attention.

A cockroach on my bed. The hotel within 7 minutes changed my room to a new room to a better one. Big thanks for the swift and kind action.
