We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Latvia2 problems in the room: 1) WC: There must be a sink to wash your hands, it is just a simple matter of hygiene. 2) Shower: Very hot water, impossible to regulate.
This is my second time here. Still excellent in everything - location in vineyards, spa, design, restaurants, cosmetics.

Exceeded expectations across the board. The hotel itself is beautiful and just driving through the vines to the hotel itself is an experience. We were kindly upgraded to the most beautiful room with a view of the pond and a seating area outside. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. For those uk-based - this les source is like a much more luxurious and wine focussed 'Pig' hotel. We are alrady looking forward to returning in the warmer months to experience the vines full of grapes and see the kitchen garden in full bloom!

Ireland- Breakfast at the Thil could have been better - there were not many options for a 20 EUR breakfast - Indoor pool, small gym and small sauna is accessible for everyone but actual spa is separate and only accessible if you have a treatment - It would be great to have that clarified at the beginning
Premises are very lovely, food was delicious and plenty of options during the day and in the evening! Really appreciated the communications prior to our arrival so that we could book a car for transportation. Enjoyed the wine tasting and walking trails around

I always go back here with great pleasure! I think it is one of the most beautiful places in Bordeaux area. The room was very nice, with a beautiful view on the chateau. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Amazing surrounding, Bordeaux is very close too.

United StatesThe only complaint I have — the initial transport to the chateau de thil was unnecessarily stressful. We did not have a car (we took Uber) and the staff negotiated with the driver to stay while we checked in to bring us to the other property. The driver was confused, we had to book another ride so he could bring us to the property, he got lost. It would be a lot better/less stressful experience if the hotel offered free transport to the property. (And we thoroughly enjoyed the bikes after this initial situation).
Loved the experience of staying here at the resort, from the beautiful chateau to the pool and the vineyard, was definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. Would definitely stay here again, for longer this time!
