Everything, is a completely premium experience, starting with the food which is of very good quality, the coffee shop and restaurants. They even have a better gym than the one I have in my city. The cleanliness, hospitality and the facilities are just in another level. We have stayed in a few all-inclusives and this one was the best by far.

The host Corrado was wonderfully helpful. I took covid test about 23 and half hours before departure. However, Cancun testing site followed Mexico City's time, so the testing time became 24 hours and half hour before the departure. Corrado was very willing to drive us to the testing site and interpreting for us. Even beside that, he was a wonderful friend with us. It was very enjoyable to stay at his apartment.
