All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the get go. Our room was beautiful and the hotel as a whole was so relaxing. The pool area and beach were fantastic. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The breakfast which was included for our stay was delicious with lots of options. The drinks were lovely and we loved the sushi restaurant. The gym was also great. I would highly recommend this to others and cannot understand why anyone would give this place a bad review. 10/10.

The beach access, the service, the food, the breakfast and my beautiful room overlooking the beach were all excellent. It is a safe, beautiful location. The staff are kind and accommodating to our children and adults. The beach is well maintained, unlike other resorts along the beach that do not rake the stinky sea grass.

Beautiful and quiet spot away from the more resorty area. It was great to have some use of basic kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, etc) and the deck space facing the ocean was fantastic. Our concierge, Karina, was super accommodating and helpful especially with arriving and departing outside of check in/out times.

Really nice food. Best what we had in Mexico. Nice, friendly waiters. Really recommend to pay for all inclusive, the food is delicious and it would be much cheapper then to go out. The prices on the island are really really really unbelievable high. Especcialy one bar just out of the hotel on the right side Im not joking we paid for 2 cuba libre and 2 glasses of wine 76 dollars!

Staff was exceptionally friendly, we arrived a bit early and they allowed us to check in early for no extra fee. It is a small hotel so they are able to attend to each guest individually. They arranged for us transportation to the free breakfast at a partner resort each day and it was seamless. Quiet, quaint location but still just a 5 minute walk from the beach - we avoided all the loud blaring music on the waterfront which I would imagine makes it hard to sleep.

It was gorgeous! The bed was huge and super comfy, room service breakfast every morning for luxury and being right on the beach watching beautiful sunsets. We would have stayed longer if it wasn't already booked up!

The property was beautiful and the location to the beach was great. I liked the water fill stations throughout the resort. The drink and empanadas at check in was a nice touch!

We really enjoyed the stay in corazon mexicano, the hotel is closed to the port and about 10 mins from the beach. The Hotel is small and it doesn't have all the confort you can find in a luxury resort, but for us it was enough as we spent most of days around the island. Fernando the receptionist, helped us to move around the island, with recommendations about bars, restaurants and beach to see.
