Privilege Aluxes features enjoyable facilities, such as 2 outdoor swimming pools. Go on a whale shark tour, private sport fishing trip, lobster dinner or swim with dolphins. After a day of fun, feel pampered with a massage or body treatment at Mystique Spa.

The best part of our stay was really the beach access that the hotel had, as it was incredible! The little huts at the beach with the drink service right on the most beautiful beach were absolutely the reason why I'd pick this hotel again! Aside from that, the rooms were really good and the jacuzzi on our balcony was pretty great too. The attention was generally very good and the breakfast buffet was pretty decent (and the building for it really nice).

Located in Isla Mujeres and with Indios Beach reachable within 200 metres, Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets - Adults Only - All Inclusive provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a bar, free WiFi throughout the property and water sports facilities. This 5-star resort offers a 24-hour front desk and an ATM. The resort features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, nightclub and room service.

The Impression all-inclusive luxury resort inaugurated in Isla Mujeres in May 2023 and we stayed in 5 nights mid-August. This is our un-biased (not sponsored) review: Arriving by catamaran from the port of Cancun - Marina Hacienda del Mar - you are greeted by your personal butler - in our case Alexis, whose hospitality exceeded our expectations - who will show you around the hotel and its facilities: A rooftop terrace with infinity pool, 3 pools overlooking the bay, and a magnificent pontoon offering a wave-free beach with turquoise water (and a slide to jump into!). The views are breathtaking you can’t get enough of it (see pictures). Restaurants: SAKE - Japanese fusion where every dish is good (we tried it all). The teppanyaki experience is also a must. WILDFIRE - steakhouse with a wide choice of meats and side dishes. Lobster mac and cheese and entraña highly recommended. SPEZIA - Italian style that has nothing to envy of the restaurants on the Italian coast (where I live). Focaccia, burrata, fritto misto and lobster tagliatelle are a must. LA VISTA and MERCATO offer Mexican and international cuisine, as well as an à la carte breakfast. CACAO - coffee shop with delicious pastries, open 24/24. Bars: UNIK - rooftop cocktail and party bar with DJ ISOLA - lobby bar with a wide selection of cocktails SHARK - friendly pool bar TEMPLE - pre/after dinner terrace with themed nights BEACH - actually a hidden bar with an excellent daily sunbeds service, thanks to the hospitality and proactivity of Elio and José. The ROOMS are spacious, the equipment modern and the materials splendid. Our air-conditioning was faulty, which led to an immediate upgrade, thanks to the responsiveness of Alexis and Muriel at the front desk. ACTIVITIES are listed daily and sent to you via message by your butler. They include: Meditation and yoga, arts and crafts, mixology, sunset watching on a catamaran, live music and romantic dinners.

A coffee maker and minibar are also included. The bathrooms have a spa bath, shower, bathrobes and hairdryer. Complimentary, unlimited worldwide calling is included. Maid service is three times daily and a Bottle of sparkling wine and fresh fruit daily.

The hospitality of a small hotel and the luxury of the Zoetry chain. It was our third time and hopefully not the last one, truly a "home away from home" feeling. Fresh food, made to order, excellent service and kindness. The spa massages were great, yoga, pool & beach service.

I stayed in an 8-person dorm which was very sufficient. Each bed had a privacy curtain, reading lamp, charging sockets. The dorm had 2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 sinks all able to be used individually. So no bathroom battles with my roommates. There was even a balcony with a hammock. The resort itself was very well maintained, a great place to chill. There's a special backpacker menu that you can only access if you stay in the shared dorms with cheaper food and drinks.

Everything! This resort was beautiful and the people were even better both the staff and the others staying there. We upgraded to the all inclusive and it was worth it! The hotel, Jose in particular (thank you Jose) also helped us book golf carts and a catamaran tour and we loved it!

Loved the ocean view. Enjoyed a more quiet private setting due to only 3 villas Host was amazing and patient with any questions or concerns. Last time we stayed at an expensive all inclusive Privileges resort on the tip of Playa Norte we enjoyed our experience here more. Easy golf cart parking in front ot Villa which is important if staying more than several days. Would definitely book again.

What isn’t there to like? This hotel by far was the best I’ve seen and I’ve travelled around the world a fair bit. Everywhere you looked it was perfect, you felt the luxury feeling as soon as the boat picks you up. The butler service Omar was fantastic and all staff in the whole resort were exceptional.

Not fancy, but cozy, well maintained and clean. A/C worked great. Balcony overlooking Hidalgo, great for people watching, listening to the music and the energy of “downtown.” Easy, wonderful walk to Playa Norte and Palapa Leidy’s beach club where our new best friend Luis took care of us! Also steps away from grocery, restaurants, shops and bars. Best vacation ever, far better than any All-Inclusive resort. Freedom and feeling you’re part of a community. Didn’t want to leave!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food for an all-inclusive resort. Very good quality with very good variety. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests, and the rooms were clean and neat, and well furnished. The pool areas were well kept with ample available lounging space.

It defied all the downfalls usually found in All Inclusive resorts. The amenities were top notch, the food was EXCELLENT, the staff was so attentive but not over bearing. Ivan at the bar, Angel in maintenance ❤️ Jose and Cynthia at the front and the gentleman who served us coffee each morning at the bar outside Sabor. Just all so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were really amazing! The hotel itself is also fantastic, beautiful, clean, with everything you might need but the peace you will not find in an all-inclusive resort kind of place.
