The staff was friendly, and very helpful. The resort was very clean and well tended. The restaurant on site had delicious food and it was reasonably priced.

The hotel is not luxury but has everything you need for a comfortable stay; toiletries, hairdryer (you might need to ask at the desk), large comfy bed and water filling stations too. The location is great with loads of cafes and restaurants on the door step and easy walking distance to all of Roma Sur and Roma Norte.
Most beautiful boutique hostel. We got the luxury private and it had windows which we recommend. The standard privates will not have windows and will feel stuffy.
Great location in Condesa. Cute boutique hotel, not luxury but extremely affordable and rooms are pretty spacious and has everything you need.

There is a city bike stall right outside which is very convenient if you want to bike around.
Caiman bar was very popular and trendy. Would recommend to ask for a room on a higher floor, otherwise music and buzz from the bar could disturb your sleep. Would absolutely stay again!!
The hotel is based on a quiet street just a short walk from the heart of Condesa (with its variety of restaurants and bars). The staff were friendly and welcoming, holding our luggage ahead of check in and made it easy for us to stay an extra night. The suite is ideal, spacious and clean with a luxury feel, and a fantastically hot shower! We’d happily stay here again any time we’re in Mexico City.
