The room was beautiful - well designed and very comfortable - we still had to work whilst we were there so the work space in the room was very comfortable. The view over the centre of the complex was very nice loved the green bottles. The staff were amazing we felt very looked after.

    Staff were incredibly friendly. Arrived at the start of tasting hour and got a complimentary coffee for my father and me through the Accor rewards system. Hotel was very clean and so well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station!

    Beautiful, clean and cannot fault the staff. They are so professional, courteous and kind. Nothing was an issue for them and they went above and beyond. Our family utilised the valet parking and the concierge team were incredible. Each time we needed the car, they were quick, careful and accomodating. They even left bottles of water, treats and a toy for our baby each trip. They also text us to wish us a safe drive. Cannot fault the customer service at the Novotel!

    The staff were ALL exceptionally polite, warm, courteous and professional. All of our needs were met. The location was perfect for our weekend away. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful from the moment the automatic doors opened on our arrival and we were met graciously by the concierge members all the way to the reception teams. The twin room was a relaxing sanctuary . The restaurant was exquisite . We will certainly recommend Novotel South Wharf to everyone and look forward to returning!

    THIS IS A SCAM. I tried telling Booking Customer Service about it but no one got back to me. The scam is this: arrive in Melbourne, converse with owner, agree on time to meet, arrive at property, WAIT, owner shows up and says there is an issue and I can't stay there, after arguing, gives me cash back but says he cannot cancel booking (wants me to though), and then I have to go stay at the Novotel for three times the price. BULLSHIT.

    We enjoyed our stay at Novotel hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. It has a modern design and all what you need to enjoy your stay. The hotel has a good location which is very close to the middle of the city. The staff were helpful and respectful. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

    Customer service was very good. Being an Accor member, 2 free drinks was lovely too, and as we haven’t been to Novotel Melbourne for 2 years, it was like coming home!
