    The whole experience of Novotel was outstanding, My husband and I chose there for our honeymoon and they were so sweet, we even got a congratulations card with chocolate covered strawberries. It's close to everything you need and want and a short walk to the beach, the staff were so polite and the breakfast buffet was great, their omelettes were so tasty and the scones with jam and cream, oh god I'll be thinking about them for weeks. Overall probably our best experience with any hotel we've stayed at.

    They should not badge this hotel a Sofitel, it’s a mid tier hotel at best. Old, tired, transactional staff, rubbish in public spaces, Absoloute minimum in room ammenities. It’s Accor 3 stars at best. The rate is absurd for the standard of this property.

    Was on floor 27 room was nice view was nice it was quite noisey in the room and elevators were a little slow. Apart from that my stay was great. I would stay at the Novotel again.

    The staff were super fantastic!!! So helpful and very friendly! We needed extra toilet paper and the man in the front was so precious! Got it very quick! Absolutely loved the location!!! Easy to walk to restaurants and retail shops! We caught the train which in legit 1 min walk! The room was spot on! Had everything we needed! And was just right for our stay, definitely a 10/10 in my books. Would recommend and definitely come back! Thank you to the staff at novotel!! Keep up the great work!!

    First of all, I booked a room to take my mum away for her birthday, not only did they leave a card for her they also left a cupcake nicely presented. I liked where Novotel was located. We parked the car and didn't need it the whole weekend. Buffet breakfast was good. Filled up and didn't need lunch and went out for dinner. Room had a fantastic view. Swimming pool and spa was nice.

    Kevin was a wonderful host. He acknowledged our need to drop things off at the apartment before our boat cruise and adjusted our check-in time accordingly. He provided us with his mobile number and was excellent in terms of communication. The views were fantastic and our guests were so happy with the apartment :) Parking was easy too.

    Fantastic location, beautiful views of the ocean. Nice apartment with all the necessary for a comfortable stay. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. Property has its own parking. Renee at reception is powerhouse! Very friendly lady, who understood our situation and acted accordingly straight away.

    Excellent location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Novotel doesn't have their own parking but parking is available under the shopping centre next door which has direct access to the novotel and at a special rate. Buffet breakfast was great! The room was comfortable with much needed aircon
