Excellent location on Richmond hill. The front rooms are street-facing, so you get the buzz of trams and city noise. The back rooms. are quiet but have no view. The staff are very helpful, and the rooms are very nice and clean. The excellent coffee shop is open during the day at the entrance. Great city skyline view from the rooftop deck.
