This hotel should be used as a model against which all others should be measured: exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who met every request with a good-natured smile and followed through on everything. Breakfasts were delicious, several varieties of chilled fresh fruit and freshly baked croissants, perfect scrambled eggs, smoked bacon....etc. You will enjoy your stay here. Trust me, it is a rare find.

Ideally set in Melbourne, Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne Southbank provides 4-star accommodation close to Eureka Tower and Southbank Promenade. The staffs are amazing. Due to flight delays, we arrived at 1:30 am in the morning (on 10/30). Despite of this late, the lady who greeted us was very nice and welcoming. Although the oringinal assignment of our apartment was not what we ordered (we wanted a twin room, instead of a double room), she went all the way to check the empty apartments to find us a twin room, at 1:30 in the morning! She is amazing! The apartment was nicely designed, and even has laundry in room, which is a huge plus for people who travel in AZ for a few weeks. Will definitely stay in Adina again.
