We had a great stay at The Spinney. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the six of us. The host popped in on the first night and also responded straight away when we messaged to let her know the toaster wasn't working - it was replaced the next day! The garden is a good size and it was nice to have outdoor seating and a few games available. It's a very quiet area but Aldeburgh and Southwold are close enough for day trips, as well as Framlingham Castle just 5 minutes away.

This is a lovely cottage very comfortably furnished and very clean. They thoughtfully provided bread, milk, eggs and juice all local produce which was nice. It's an ideal location to explore the area, Framlingham castle is just a short walk away and Sutton Hoo and Woodbridge just a short drive. If you are interested the film about Sutton Hoo called the Dig is on Netflix to watch at the cottage.

very quiet location, extremely comfortable beds and sofa. cottage was small but had everything we needed for our short break. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is in a good location: walking distance to Framlingham Castle and town centre and an easy short drive to many attractions. The road is busy but didn't interfere with our enjoyment. I will definitely rebook if in the area again.
