The staff went out of their way to be helpful, both with regard to my vegan, gluten-free diet and in ordering taxis for us when we needed them - even a member of the staff taking us on one journey into Albert when a taxi wasn't available.

Continental buffet was adequate. Bed was very comfortable, although the bedroom walls were thin. People in the adjacent rooms could be heard very easily. The restaurant served superb meals from a varied menu.
