My wife and I absolutely loved this hotel. Our four day reservation over Christmas was the first time we had stayed at the S/O Paris and from the moment we entered the very stylish lobby to check-in (with complimentary drink), we had a feeling this was going to be a very special place and we weren't mistaken.
All the staff were very friendly, professional and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Our room had a view of the river Seine and was very quiet, comfortable and had everything you'd expect to find in a hotel of quality. Lovely touches included complimentary small but thoughtful Christmas gifts and personalised messages.
Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious with a beautifully presented and extensive choice of foods, both hot and cold.
In the evening we went up to the bar which is very smart and has a great atmosphere. Both the Restaurant and Bar offer the most amazing views of Paris and again we couldn't fault the professionalism of all the staff.
The gym was very well equipped with high quality machines. The pool was unavailable during our stay so we're not able to comment on this.
This visit might have been our first but it definitely won't be our last. A big thank you to all the team for making our stay so memorable.

The breakfast was excellent with the staff taking your eggs order and even detail how they source their ingredients from vendors right next to the hotel on Isle Saint-Louis. Not just a standard continental breakfast that you may see in other establishments.
The overall ambiance of the hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The decor is classy with pastel types of colors.
