Accommodation was excellent and service was complimentary. Also close to where we wanted to view and visit. Perfect locality in the heart of Paris right next to a metro station, the rooms are in French style, cozy and clean with modern equipment, the shower is outstanding (the best hotel shower I've encountered) and the personal is always there to help you with anything. Public parking is very near (Metro Opera house), if you are traveling by car.

This is my second time in this hotel and it was again absolutely amazing. Great area, clean and stylish rooms, super nice personal. Next time in Paris, only this hotel again. Nothing is too much trouble.She went to great lengths to move our booking when our flight was delayed.The room was spotless the staff were outstanding,the position of the hotel is perfect and the breakfast was great.

Located in the 2nd district of Paris, just 150 metres from Réamur-Sébastopol Metro Station, 123 Sébastopol offers a terrace, 24-hour reception and luggage storage. The staff is phenominal. My mom celebrated her 70th bday and Adyl organized the most perfect (and delicious) cake for the 2 of us. She felt so special and loved. We also had a bit of a luggage mix up and Adyl handled everything with speed, grace, and generosity. I was blown away by the high quality service. Adyl, Kevin, and their team have won a customer for life!
