Got an upgrade, breakfast and parking with our booking. The Concourse room was very quiet and we really enjoyed that there weren't many rooms occupied around us.

They were so lovely and accommodating with a late check in, they even went into the room before we checked in as they knew we would be late and turned the AC on for us and some lights on in the room so we didn’t have to arrive in the dark. The facilities were so good and clean I am always worried about travelling with kids and the property is not clean. But this property was amazing. The room actually Surprised me of how much room there was and how big it was. I will 100% recommend this place to anyone and if passing back through I will be staying there again
