Anyone who visits the Gold Coast during summer knows that hotel rooms are at a premium, let alone at short notice. We stayed a night to visit family who were staying in Cooloongatta, so this was a convenient option. The room was well appointed with crockery, cutlery, a bar fridge, microwave etc. After going to beach, we needed a decent hot shower and there were no issues. Bed was comfortable enough and blackout curtains were helpful in the morning with the bright summer sun. There's a pool but we didn't have a chance to use it.

I recently had an outstanding stay at The Crown Plaza Gold Coast. The staff at check-in were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, setting a warm and welcoming tone for my visit. The hotel's facilities were spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and my room, for the price, was remarkably spacious and comfortable. The Crown Plaza Gold Coast offers a fantastic combination of great service, impeccable cleanliness, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for an enjoyable stay on the Gold Coast.

Stayed in the sub penthouse on the 55th floor with awesome views of the ocean and surrounding Gold Coast. Great size apartment with open plan living. First time to the Q1 and will be going back for another stay. Don't know what the other apartments are like, but I can only judge the one I stayed at. The staff were very helpful and friendly with a smile and great manners. Would definitely recommend the Q1 for a holiday stop over anytime. Mostly 5 star but the beds are a bit hard, but the rest was great.

Great location to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Gold Coast. The breakfast had a wide variety of food on offer. Kitchenette was ok, although my original room was not equipped the same as the room I ended up moving to. Pools were nice, especially nice to have a large enough outdoor pool to do some laps. Views were ok on the harbourside. Gym ok, free weights would be a good addition. The room was a holiday size with a great balcony.

I have chosen to live in Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise for several years in a row. It's not an exaggeration to say that this is the best-located hotel at the Gold Coast. The beach is just across the road, the commercial street is downstairs, and the weekend night market is also very lively. Providing free parking is definitely a great benefit for guests. This will always be my favourite hotel when I go to the Gold Coast.

Great location, literally 10 minutes walk from Gold Coast Airport and 5 minutes to the beach. Greyhound bus station is also just across the road. Hostel had a lovely chilled vibe. All staff I met were super friendly. The room was big and spacious, with plenty of space between the bunks. Each guest had a large locker that you locked with your own padlock. Nice communal areas - lounge, eating area, etc.

Luxurious apartment! How about the magnificent sunrise and sunset views, just wow! Extraordinary scenic observations of the Gold Coast and the beautiful Surfers Paradise beaches. Amazingly spacious and exceptionally clean! We throughly enjoyed our family vacation, this apartment created an atmosphere of a heavenly space the we will sure to visit again. We highly recommend this accommodation

This was my second time staying at this apartment and everything was as great as the first time. The staff were always friendly and made me feel welcome. The room is big and I had everything I needed. Good views across the water. The location is good, especially if you prefer not being in the busy parts of the Gold Coast, but want to be close to everything. Car parking is included.

Great location in Broadbeach with helpful and friendly staff who accommodated an early check in to attend function at the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Parked car at the hotel was able to be left on the day of check out until we were ready to leave for home. These little extras made a big difference to our experience.

The hostel is located city center so easy to access beach, shopping and restaurants area, Gold coast airport etc… Those staffs are really nice, friendly, also bathroom are always clean because they clean 2 or more times per day I think. Also I like atmosphere there, free tasty breakfast/dinner!

View from the balcony was breathtaking. It was a 360 degree ocean view. Fully furnished apartment with fully functional kitchen. Secure building, 3 pools of which 2 are outdoor and 1 indoor heated pool with spa. I will plan my gold coast trip only when this apartment is available.

Have used this hotel before and we used it again because the owners are friendly and the place is conveniently located for the Gold Coast airport. It was clean and we were able to purchase a continental breakfast pack for $10 which was great value for what we recieved.

Safe and clean area of the Gold Coast. Beautiful ocean view and the apartment was clean, secure and modern. Beds very comfortable and furnishings were nice. Kitchen was modern and renovated as were the bathrooms. Staff were fantastic, and the facilities were A1.

Great location with awesome beach views. Close to restaurants and kids activities like timezone and the slingshot. Beach less than 5 minute walk. It was mine and the kids favourite apartment to stay on the Gold coast thanks again to the holiday paradise team 🙂

beach was close by, staff very friendly, loved seeing over the pool, very clean. first time to the gold coast and will book again. we looking to come in July this year and was there in April. But will hire a car next time as hotel has parking facilities

I reckon I’ve stayed here four or five times. It’s an older Gold Coast hotel but the rooms are well appointed, clean and modernized. All the famous superbank waves are right there for you and 500 of your closest friends to enjoy

Apartment was clean & had a very comfy bed. The managers Gary & Helen were friendly & gave exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again if i come back to the Gold Coast.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms. Was upgraded to higher floor apon check-in which gave us awesome views of northern Gold Coast from ocean to the mountains.
