Great location for all the local activities, high levels of service from all staff, great breakfasts and dinner. Large room with comfy beds, big enough for our family of four. Fantastic hot springs on site, didn’t feel too busy.

Beautiful location in the rain forest with a view of the Arenal Volcalno..Near to the La Fortuna waterfall. Staff were really helpful and friendly. My daughter, who is 12 years old, loved the frog sanctuary and was also lucky to see toucans and other birds. We enjoyed dinner with live music at the weekend.

In 8 places we stayed all over Costa Rica this was perhaps the best overall experience. The host/owner was probably the greatest component of that but the food was delicious, location beautiful, trails and wildlife were abundant and it felt safe. Our host was so knowledgeable and helpful. We learned so much. Definitely buy the optional dinner. The road is a bit bumpy but we made in a cheap econobox rental with zero ground clearance.

This place had the most genuine friendly people!! They have many nice common areas to hang out, including a new pool! Loved the view from the restaurant- very tasty dinner and breakfast! It’s basic but clean and comfortable!

The Ecolodge is absolutely beautiful. I absolutely recommend going on the morning hike around the property to get an appreciation for what surrounds you. (Wear a bathing suit, you will get wet!) William was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would happily stay here again. I didn't get a chance to have dinner on the property, but the breakfast was delicious.

The pools were beautiful and the restaurant was great! Ok breakfast. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was fine. Not great, just ok. The property is beautiful and serene. I loved the gardens, pools and walkways. If you’re staying for more than one night and don’t need to be near town, it’s a great value and a great homemade of Arenal and La Fortuna and all they have to offer.

Super friendly, really helpful staff. Loved the waterfall tour, the views at breakfast and amazing dinners!! Definitely recommend for a beautiful, rustic stay! We even had a sloth visit us on our terrace!!
