    Very friendly staff, nice cute cafe right below. There is a small kitchen and common fridge, however no stove (still perfect for easy breakfasts or dinners). The rooms were clean and comfortable.

    Very nice staff. They prepared our breakfast earlier, as we had to leave before the official beginning of breakfast. It was a typical Costa Rican breakfast (rice, beans, egg, fried banana and a slice of tomato) and delicious! The room was nicely decorated.

    The only problem I encountered was the street car honking its horn , beginning at 5AM. That doesn't stop me, because I have stayed here 4 times now. Breakfast is good, hearty, and all you want. Very friendly staff,

    The location was right on the pedestrian avenue and very close to historic sites in San Jose; this made it an ideal location for tourists. We had dinner at the amazing top floor restaurant. It's a beautifully decorated and maintained property and the staff were warm and helpful.

    Huge apartment with separate living area and bedroom with french windows onto a relaxing inner courtyard with foliage. Felt very secure and was quiet at night despite central city location. Walking distance to main shopping street and central san jose. Very helpful guy on reception called Mario who advised on onward travel and local restaurants.
