The living areas consist of a living/dining room, a kitchen/diner, and a mezzanine snug. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is private off-road parking for two cars, along with a garden with a lawn. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 1 mile. Y Berllan makes a charming escape to the North Welsh coast. Please note there are sloping ceilings upstairs and the flue of the woodburning stove is exposed in the mezzanine snug. Please note NO towels are Please take care on the Property is located within a smallholding, the owner may occasionally need access to the sheds located at the end of the garden.
