They did adapt promptly to this unprecedent situation with determination, flexibility and professionalism. We have proven our tenacity and innovative spirit remaining available at all times, continuing our activity and developed a new tailor-made approach to this altered environment of closed restaurants (but take-away is functioning in our area) and museums with success as we are located in a open-air museum, what else ?
