Saint Denis is unique.
Saint Denis is unique. It is not Paris, but it has its own multicultural, multiethnic culture. It is generally safe, but noisy and doesn’t have the same rules as living in central Paris!
Late night travelling is not recommend, unless with a companion or taxi.
I don’t feel unsafe there, but if you are hoping for the quintessential ‘Parisian experience’, I’d strongly suggest you stay within the circular road surrounding central Paris..However, if you want to experience the real multiethnic colourful rainbow of Paris, then this is the place for you!

Ideal location for attending matches at the Stade de France.
Ideal location for attending matches at the Stade de France. The Basilica houses the Royal necropolis and was well worth a visit . There are some restaurants although many were closed at the weekend. Easy access to central Paris by train.

This is an apartment building not a hotel.
This is an apartment building not a hotel. We arrived when we said we would and was unable to find anyone to let us in. In the end we waisted an entire day and had to stay some where else. For us this was a scam.

There's an energy about the area and it has a community...
There's an energy about the area and it has a community feeling that was lacking in other areas. People were extremely helpful even though we had very little French. At the famous sights security was very evident with armed police and police vans everywhere giving the place a very sombre atmosphere. Due to the protests and riots it wasn't the best time to visit Paris, but around our apartment building there was a very relaxed feeling.
The main reason for booking this hotel during the Rugby World Cup was because of it's ample complimentary parking space which is hard to find in Paris. The hotel is well within walking distance from Stade de France so it's conveniently located. The hotel manager was very polite and friendly. In fact, a friend from overseas forgot their phone at this hotel the previous week and I was able to retrieve it and have it returned to them. The hotel manager was very helpful in this regard. Breakfast was adequate.
Spent 10 days on the property on a long Paris city break. We liked everything, It was clean, it was warm, it was nice, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and the location perfect for us. Walking distance from the Metro (best way to travel fast in Paris), next to a huge and superb public park, and the people in Saint Denis are very polite and friendly. The fast food close to the property was excellent. Supermarkets in walking distance.
The location of the apartment was perfect for us as we were there to attend an event at the stade de france. The stadium was a 10 minute walk away from us so very conveniant. Shops and restaurants right down stairs all locals very friendly. The train line to gard du Nord and central paris was a 5 minute walk which was also very conveniant, 1 stop on the train to gard du nord. The hosts were great could not of done more for us very thankful.
The apartment is very spacious, cozy and quiet. Perfect for a good night rest and visit to Paris; the subway was 700m from the apartment. There are two separate bathrooms it 's more comfortable than a family room. There is an excellent bakery just around the corner which is perfect for breakfast. Price/quality the place was perfect.
The staff were fantastic. The room was spotless. Great shower. Location was close to Stade de France so suited us well. On site parking was secure and convenient. 24 hour reception - we had a warm welcome we we arrived at 3:30 am. Good breakfast too. We slept really well as the rooms are soundproof.
The house was comfortable. Plenty of space for 4 people. Quiet location, but close enough to Paris by metro and bus so we didn’t have to take our car. Clear instructions and directions for checking in and out. We were happy with our visit. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Paris
Perfect location, easy to get to and close to the Stadium or Northern Paris. The host was incredible, such a lovely lady, made us feel so welcome. Really nice clean apartment with everything you need for a great stay. I would highly recommend this if you need a place to stay.
Hotel was ok. Basic but reasonably clean. Not the best of areas but easy enough to get into Paris by metro. No kettle but vending machine for coffee No tea. Only stayed two nights and a lot cheaper than staying in paris itself.
its not really good bathroom outside no even towels in room must pay 3 euro to take towels fir one person uncomfortable bed this room or hotel just for pass time? not good for family its my mistake to take
the hotel is oke. but be aware of the area it is in! Walking to the metro station during day is fine. During night at can be really creepy and not pleasant especially for women. Room was really basic
I started La Seine à Velo from.here. I was allowed tontake My Bike to My room, so I could sleep Well, as it is still Paris.
Very friendly staff, quite night, hot shower, comfy bed
Location is good and a 7 minutes walk from rer B and 12 min walk from metro 13 (or you can take the bus). So it was easy to arrive to Paris and it is a good value to the money.
Great size room, comfortable bed, very quiet considering how close it was to the stadium, great soundproofing!! Train station to central Paris a seven minute walk from hotel.
