Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The apartment comprises - 24 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed... - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 6 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation with a supplement (one cat or dog per stay). However, they are not allowed in the bedroom. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
