Location is amazing, so close to bakeries and many places to go out or shop. Apartment is really cozy and the host extremely friendly and responsive. A big plus for this apartment: it's quiet even though it's on a busy street with shops, because windows are on the courtyard. It's on 2nd floor with elevator (1st étage for France, which is equivalent to 2nd floor for US), but there is a bit of noise from the subway underground (subway noise is not loud at all, not a problem, but it's there). Bed was comfortable. With earplugs we slept really really well. Totally recommend. If you want to be right in the middle of Paris that's the best solution you'll find.
