We look forward to welcoming you to our Green Art Living holiday apartment. Check-in is contactless via a key box. So you can start your stay undisturbed. You can use the entire apartment. We are always available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We provide you with towels and bed linen. A welcome set with coffee and tea awaits you to get you off to a good start. If you would like a cot or a high chair, we can provide this on request. The apartment is newly renovated, despite all this, the basic substance is older, which is why it can be noisy from time to time.

Welcome to the Green Art Living Apartment. The perfect starting point for excursions in the Allgäu. The 40 m2 Green Art Living Apartment has been lovingly furnished with many different plants. It can accommodate up to 3 people and is perfect for a cozy and pleasant stay. The apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building and, due to its location, offers an unobstructed view of nature. There are plenty of free parking spaces right at the entrance. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you with an oven, refrigerator, stove, Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle as well as spices, oil and vinegar. The newly renovated bathroom has a bathtub to relax in. Of course we also provide towels and a hair dryer. In the living room you will find a sofa bed and a beanbag. There you can comfortably read a book or watch a film. We also provide you with a Chromechast with free WiFi. You can use this to stream various services via your smartphone. You can also listen to music via a sound system with an aux connection.

The Green-Art-Living can be reached within 5 minutes from the motorway. And therefore ideal for excursions into the mountains. You need about 15 minutes to get to the city of Kempten. Within a 5-minute drive you can reach Dietmannsried with many shops. The accommodation itself is in the quiet village of Lauben. Village you will find a baker and a corner shop. The Iller is also close to the accommodation and is perfect for a walk.
