I loved everything. The guys in the frontdesk were the sweetest, very friendly and polite. The room has a perfect size, well organized, perfect aesthetic to sleep well and very technological. The customer service and the installations, not to count the location, just a few steps far from the tram and Florencia Centro... Was a dream. Very easy to go to. Recommended 100%. Also very safe by night!.

I had very nice experience with this hostel. The hostel situated in city centre. It’s very convenient for tourism. I booked a bed in 6 bed room for girls, but I stayed in the 4 room for girls, that was very nice of host🙂 The room was clean with wonderful city view. There is big kitchen with cozy terrasse in hotel. Very good for the low price.

Its more than a hostel. They provide services above and beyond any other hostel I have stayed. It had 4 toilet/bathrooms so very less wait time. Free juice, free cornflakes, free coffee and stay also included towel. Apart from that they also provided shower gel, shampoos etc
Rooms were air conditioned and air conditioning was largely fine but on 35 degree Celsius day if windows remain opened in afternoon then it will take some time for room to cool down.
Rooms and beds were very large to accommodate 4-6 people and plenty of space
Bathrooms were regularly cleaned
Even dorm beds were arranged everyday
They deserve respect and appreciation

The location is great – close to the central station and to the city centre. Perfect room and roommates. Met such wonderful people there from all around the world. The pool zone is exceptional, I’ve never seen anything like this in other hostels.

Located close to main Train Station SM Novella. Was easy to find and locate. Was within walking distance to most attractions. Offered free water, coffee from a nice coffee machine and juice all day. Had a cute little courtyard in the middle, perfect to sit and relax. Very charming hostel. Perfect Florence vibes.

We were initially hesitant about staying at a hostel but it was actually great. The bunk beds were clean and comfy. The staff was nice and helpful.
It would have been great if there was a hook in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. But otherwise, good stay. There are lockers to store your luggage safely as well.

It has complete facilities for both work, leisure and long stay. It has a coworking space, a bar and pool, and locker storage/laundry facility. This is the most beautifully designed, well kept, fun and in general - best hostel in Florence. The price is good for the standards of the city, which means that anything cheaper won’t be worth the money. Apart from that, there is a free welcome drink and lots of other free goodies during your stay. However, the kindness, the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff is priceless. This all results with a great social connection between all the guests. I highly recommend it!

Stable and comfortable bed, with shelf, night light and power socket. In a dormitory there are a toilet room and a shower room, both with basins, and there are extra bathrooms outside the rooms. No queues at all. The best shower I've ever seen in a hostel.
Big and safe lockers.
Towel included in the price.
In general a good and clean hostel, it looks like a hotel converted to hostel.
