Going to this hostel was one of the best experiences I ever had. Being in a place close to the center while it is designed beautifully and clean is something rare.From the moment I got there the crew was extremely nice and always willing to help. They organized activities for us like karaoke night, a pool party and trivia night which helped meeting amazing friends for the journey and for life. Being there feels completely safe thanks to the fact that each individual has a locker, a safe box. The bathrooms are supper clean, the locks work perfectly and it is one per room so you have privacy. If you like clubbing but don’t like walking at night then don’t worry because there is a club as well as a bar and even a community kitchen if you want to prepare your food. By the minute you get there you feel as if you’ve known the people for a while already, the vibes are great and you enjoy an amazing vacation thanks to the amazing crew who cares so much and the guests who are open for meeting people.

The part that exceeded my expectations has to be more explicit to give you an idea of how the hostel and its employees have one of the nicest approaches towards the customers. I stayed on Christmas Eve night in Ostello Bello. A dinner was prepared for the clients who were staying on that day who were involved in a cosy atmosphere with little gifts on whose names were written. It was near the tram T2 station that went straight to the airport which what I needed. Staff is nice and the building is huge with a 24 hour reception desk and a roof. Room is big enough for 8 people and bathroom is clean. You can walk to the attractions within 15 minutes.

The building is new, modern, clean, and well-thought out. It is as it looks like in the pics, even better. The staff is great! Super helpful, very professional and friendly. Reception is 24 h. It offers lots of services like a laundry room, a gym, meeting rooms and even a small cinema. Staff stores your luggage and lets you use the restrooms after check-out. Breakfast is good and varied.

Overall, I used the accommodation very well. When I first arrived, I was a little embarrassed because I didn't know where the entrance was, but I found it soon. Even though I didn't tell the host my check-in time in advance, he came quickly and helped me check-in. Also, I stayed for four nights, slept very well, and I was able to enjoy my trip to Florence. I was worried about the heat because I visited in the hot summer, but it was best to be able to turn on the air conditioner fully. If I visit Florence again when it is not summer, I am willing to stay in the same accommodation again.
