I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Florence, not only is this centrally located, the facility is clean,modern and breakfast was delicious. The location is great, right in the centre of the city!
Our room had a balcony with a view of the dome which was great and the bed was nice and big and comfy. Breakfast at the cafe included in the price was incredible, so many options and good quality.
The staff were also lovely.

Carmine, the manager, was exceptionally helpful.
Excellent communications with check in and directions to the property, as well as providing recommendations to eat, see and drink in Florence. Including arranging taxis.
The mini bar and extra items (bottle of wine and chocolate) were generously included in the room rate.
Location is right across the Central Market and the leather stores.
Breakfast was amazing and plentiful.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location in a quiet residential area, but close to the train station and city centre. The rooftop is amazing, staff was super friendly and I'd recommend for anyone travelling on a budget.
Nice size room with small kitchen area which was very helpful given that there is no breakfast. Good working air conditioning. Good quality beds, we slept well. Great location: quiet spot yet only a short walk from the tram to airport/city centre.
Breakfast was excellent, and generous. We loved the music from the record player, the open doors to the garden, and your wonderful waitress who came from Brazil... she couldn't have been more helpful or charming. She is such a great asset to Villa Ape Rosa. The Villa was in a pleasant and quiet area of Firenze, and getting the transport from Leopoldo in and out of City Centre was easy. But we found the walk back uphill to the Villa steep and difficult. The Villa was charming, and full of character.
Location - Very accessible with lots of nearby bus stops that are 2-10 mins away. The neighbourhood is also very quiet and quaint but not too quiet that it feels unsafe.
Cleanliness - The whole apartment was very clean and it didn’t smell!
Value for money - This is one of the more affordable accommodations and is not far from the city center, very worth it.

Easy check-in, great location, close to the station and the city center, yet in a quiet area. It was good to see some green from the windows. Very old furniture pieces that are interesting and beautiful. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and quick to answer.
Great location in city centre and next to train station. Extremely welcoming and kind staff who allowed us to have a late check-in and catered to all of our needs. The room was a great size, with comfy bed and clean ensuite. Excellent breakfast- lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and hot food on offer.
