Host and staffs were friendly and very helpful. All the facilities were neat and tidy. Great location, close to shops, city centre etc.
It has a hostel/ student dorm atmosphere, but eith families and adult guests, which can be charming. It’s a cheap place at a good location. The bes was really comfortable, although the sheets were a bit tired. All in all, if you don’t expect much, you won’t be dissapointed.
This is an amazing place to stay. Great location just outside Rotorua and really easy to get to all the tourist places. The view down to the lake is great. The apartment is huge, super clean and separate from the owner’s house. The deck has views toward the lake and was a lovely place to have dinner - prepared in a modern kitchen with everything you’d ever want. The owners, Deb and Mark, we’re great hosts and we feel privileged to have been able to stay here.
Well equipped, quiet and charmingly decorated flat in walking distance of city center and main attractions. Although the access was with key code which often makes accommodation rather impersonal , the friendly owners kept regular contact to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The jacuzzi was a plus. Would certainly stay there again.

The location was great, if you have a car. It's just a few minutes from the city center. It's also in a quiet neighbourhood, at the end of a cul de sac. You also have access to the property's patio area and garden, and from the garden's elevated vantage point, you get a really nice view of the neighbourhood, especially at sunrise and sunset. Water pressure was great in the shower! Last but not least, Luigi was a wonderful host.
Free parking and great location. Whakarewarewa Māori Village is 60 second walk away. Quiet neighbourhood and short drive to city centre and Kuirau Park which is a public park with geo thermal activity.

value for money, great location we stayed in the cottage (family of 6) - excellent size, comfy beds great facilities really great hosts/staff wonderful mineral pools.
