Leah, Dan and Family were amazing. Communication very friendly and timely. The setup is Devine and a haveb away from the hustle and bustle of life. Super quiet and serene. Parking availability was awesome. It's obvious they care greatly about the space and those who share it. We never got to actually meet them but know we were well looked after. The location was perfect for us exploring Bath and surrounds. We also walked to a local restaurant The Bird and with Tesco and a convenience store 1 mins walk, well....easy.

Perfectly adequate breakfast to set you up for the day. There is a great play area for the younger children just at the side of the hotel. We would happily stay again and will use it as a base to explore from.

Breakfast excellent although if I was staying more than one night I wouldn't choose 'full English' every day! Location good between my family in Bristol and Bath
