Exceptional location, great bar, helpful staff, character elements to the hotel, such as a record player in each room and a collection of vinyl to borrow, nice pantry with complimentary snacks, high ceilings, decent breakfast. Barely five minutes to the center of town by foot.

everything. beautiful location. very very clean. lovely places to walk with just a ten min drive to bath one way and Bristol the other.
lovely breakfast. great details in room and delighted with mini fridge and a proper jug of milk. couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. we stayed for two nights here and were just delighted with it.
Little gem just outside Bath. We decided to stay on the outskirts and take a taxi to town (between £16-20) which was easy to do (and probably cheaper than a hotel in Bath). Room contained all you needed, including a mini fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. Shower and room spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Location was right on the river which was lovely. Full English breakfast was great, vegan breakfast option was offered.
