Great B&B! Amazing countryside location, when traveling by car its a 20 minute drive from all the facilities of Newcastle. Very nice large and comfortable room with a view onto the garden, on a quiet country road with great views and with lovely hosts with great recommendations about the area. Also two very cute dogs that love to get petted. We had two amazing breakfasts with everything we might want to have; Fresh fruit, yoghurt, hot croissants, toast, various different jams, different granola's/muesli's/cornflakes, and offcourse hot coffee and/or tea. I'm sure I forgot to mention lots of things, a short review won't do it justice!

We were very happy with everything, the room, location and breakfast. The room was spacious and modern, and clean. The location was excellent, central, close to shopping and walkable to the Utilita Arena, where we saw Simple Minds. We've stayed in a few hotels when coming back to England to visit family, the Maldron was by far the best and nicest hotel we've stayed at. We will recommend it to friends in future. We will be back. Thanks so much, your staff made it for us. They were very friendly, answered our questions and were able to help us out with a map of Newcastle so we could walk to everything.
