The property is great, very peaceful and relaxing.
- the pool caters for kids and adult, i liked that it was like 7ft deep.
- the room is spaceous and clean, i like that my room faces the pool and the mountain with great sunrise.
- the food on the breakfast buffet is nice, there are a lot of options plus the fruits are good. My personal favourite is the chicken sausage fried rice and omelette.
- the ala carte food in the restaurant is good also, i tried the burger its very good plus the mocktails.
- the balinese massage is also good, worth the money.
- when i requested flat iron l, they provided it.
- all the staffs are very welcoming, they greet the guests everytime.
- sunset view is also good. Ambience during the night is good.

I love the bed and the pillows! Feels like sleeping on a cloud. So comfy and clean! The window is soundproof. Even though they had an event across the road , it doesn't bother me at all.

For Harris Waterfront specifically. Its a distance away from the city area. So you may plan all your activities and shopping in a clustered area so you only have to travel from that place to your hotel.

I have to say the staff are very friendly and fast response on my enquiry and demands. My n my daughter had a relaxing n quiet afternoon at our seafront Villa untill my next door guests arrived.
I realised that the room has a super poor soundproofing, I could hear every conversation loud and clear from the adjoining room, and especialy loud when the sound came from the adjoining balcony
Unfortunately, my next door guests slept late n seems like they had their "late party" till 2am.. I can't slept well n really spoiled my mood.
Will not consider to stay here .

Very peaceful and authentic experience for those who wish for a restful holiday. The people are friendly and accommodating. Lots of opportunities to sample their cuisine as there are many roadside stalls and shop houses selling local food. Good shopping to be had at the nearby malls.
Breakfast was awesome... Location is great. Quiet and peaceful. Good to have a small minimart that sells snacks and drinks. Sultan room was spacious with jacuzzi in the room. The swimming pool is slightly deep. Should have engraved the depth nearby. Spa is the Best!!!! Highly recommend the Bali style massage with Hot Compressed! Anyway they have loads of treatment and massage to offer! Staffs are polite and helpful and speak good English too! This place gives you the BALI vibes!
The room was nice and spacious. Very comfortable for family of 4. Love the swimming pool area with the pedal boats. It was also nice that the hotel has activities like ATV and horse riding, though I did not have time to enjoy it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Love the bar near the pool as it faces the sea. Overall a great stay.
Check in was smooth. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite requesting for rooms near each other we decided when we arrived not to have 2 rooms on the ground floor and our request was adhered to. Rooms were clean and we did not have any housekeeping issues. Pool was fantastic
Love the service from the staff at the hotel especially Wendy who checked us in and answered all our enquiries with her sincerest smile. I became a member of IHG and got 20% off breakfast and dinner. I got late check out of 2pm too.
No creepy feelings and this place is good for kids too.
Hotel management and staffs prepared a birthday cake for our daughter. We did really enjoy our stays. Counter staffs provided us a clear information about the stay. Millions of thanks. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and family

Technicians who came to do chemical wash the aircon which was not cold upon checking in.

They provide free transportation to the resort but only if you dock at Sekupang
The staffs are very courteous and allowed me to check in way early than the usual time. The location of the hotel is quite far off from the bustling areas of Batu Aji. It's quiet in the day. Not much happening in and around the hotel.
The staffs were very welcoming and always greet guests with a smile on their face. Whichever requests made, they made sure it was addressed at the soonest. Thank you harris waterfront team for the pleasant accomodations.
The hotel had a very good spread for breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly. Could get taxis from the hotel to commute. Overall stay was pleasant 🙂🙂
