It's one of my go to hotel when I'm in Batam. The price is a bit higher in comparison to other hotels of the same ratings. But, the breakfast spread is awesome. Spacious room with super comfy and the aircon is nice and cool.

Great value for money right next to Nagoya Hill Mall. Bed is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is clean. There is breakfast included. When I left the hotel in the afternoon, it looked like the staff prepared complimentary coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby. I booked a twin bed as it was the cheaper option, but the staff was kind enough to change/upgrade to a double bed.

Most private motor bike taxi and taxi is likely to scam you especially you are not local, driving to a wrong place, look blurr, suddenly don't understand what you are talking about and ask for more money. Locally I can't find any tours. They prefer you to charter the whole taxi to places of interests. It is not worth it for single. Grad don't do tours and private motorbike taxi and taxi can but again plenty of unforseen situations and incidents to milk you for more money along the way. Look for reputable or recommend by hotel is safer, not touts in the streets.

There are many shopping malls within Nagoya City itself. Don't have to worry about looking for meals as there are many restaurants/food stalls within these malls. The price of items found in the malls are reasonable. I had my own transport (chartered), so it is very convenient for my family of 6 to move about.

D SECURITY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING!! IN FACT D GRAB DRIVER THAT I BOOKED WHOSE D ONE THAT CAME TO MY RESCUE.. IF U WERE IN MY SHOES WHAT WILL U DO... AND M HAVING A HEART PROBLEM.. I CANT EVEN BREADTH PROPERLY FOR D NEXT FEW DAYS.. BUT SERIOUSLY IT TEALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE....
I booked the presidential suite and its huge! Worth the money if you have extra to splurge! Clean, cold aircon and not forgetting warm water though-out the day!

We stayed in the 3 room apartment, the provisions were basic, but can use some update or refresh in the rooms. The breakfast spread and selection was plentiful. The staff were very helpful, informative and prompt in responding to our queries and tried their best to help fix the issues in the room. The location of the hotel is ideal, just a quick drive to restaurants, spas, massages and cafes.
Leaking aircon room, faulty toilet door, fridge not cold and lots more! Specially when you book for breakfast and at 730am you went down and see that almost the food that was st buffet is empty!! How could it be that early the food was finished and request the staff to topup the food and nothing was done! So pls do not book this hotel, horrible experience with my family.
