The staffs are very courteous and allowed me to check in way early than the usual time. The location of the hotel is quite far off from the bustling areas of Batu Aji. It's quiet in the day. Not much happening in and around the hotel.

It's one of my go to hotel when I'm in Batam. The price is a bit higher in comparison to other hotels of the same ratings. But, the breakfast spread is awesome. Spacious room with super comfy and the aircon is nice and cool.
The concierge and security staff never fails to great you with a smile and help you with your bags. I love how friendly and warm everyone was.

the property was renovate and v nice .classy style. what make we upset pool can’t use my daughter tried to went in pool and v dirty. make her itchy.aircon v bad.when we waited long hours fr a room then we hit room came inside aircon not cold n i called receptionist n she juz said need to wait ..later b cold .but it not cold n more worse it leaking🤦🏻♀️

Great value for money right next to Nagoya Hill Mall. Bed is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is clean. There is breakfast included. When I left the hotel in the afternoon, it looked like the staff prepared complimentary coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby. I booked a twin bed as it was the cheaper option, but the staff was kind enough to change/upgrade to a double bed.
For Harris Waterfront specifically. Its a distance away from the city area. So you may plan all your activities and shopping in a clustered area so you only have to travel from that place to your hotel.

I have to say the staff are very friendly and fast response on my enquiry and demands. My n my daughter had a relaxing n quiet afternoon at our seafront Villa untill my next door guests arrived.
I realised that the room has a super poor soundproofing, I could hear every conversation loud and clear from the adjoining room, and especialy loud when the sound came from the adjoining balcony
Unfortunately, my next door guests slept late n seems like they had their "late party" till 2am.. I can't slept well n really spoiled my mood.
Will not consider to stay here .

Very peaceful and authentic experience for those who wish for a restful holiday. The people are friendly and accommodating. Lots of opportunities to sample their cuisine as there are many roadside stalls and shop houses selling local food. Good shopping to be had at the nearby malls.
Breakfast was awesome... Location is great. Quiet and peaceful. Good to have a small minimart that sells snacks and drinks. Sultan room was spacious with jacuzzi in the room. The swimming pool is slightly deep. Should have engraved the depth nearby. Spa is the Best!!!! Highly recommend the Bali style massage with Hot Compressed! Anyway they have loads of treatment and massage to offer! Staffs are polite and helpful and speak good English too! This place gives you the BALI vibes!
The room was nice and spacious. Very comfortable for family of 4. Love the swimming pool area with the pedal boats. It was also nice that the hotel has activities like ATV and horse riding, though I did not have time to enjoy it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Love the bar near the pool as it faces the sea. Overall a great stay.
The staff were very accommodative and friendly. Also good they had the shuttle service to Grand Batam mall and also pick up and drop off shuttle to the ferry terminal. Breakfast had good variety. Chinese restaurant food was tasty and of good quality overall. Rooms were of very decent size and comfortable for families.
The hotel is clean, well maintained & the staff were exceptionally friendly. Great service by the staff. Food selection for the breakfast was great also. Spa facility was great also, family loved the service there.
The Dino kids room was good also, my kid enjoyed playing on the slides & rocking chairs.
Love the service from the staff at the hotel especially Wendy who checked us in and answered all our enquiries with her sincerest smile. I became a member of IHG and got 20% off breakfast and dinner. I got late check out of 2pm too.
No creepy feelings and this place is good for kids too.
Hotel management and staffs prepared a birthday cake for our daughter. We did really enjoy our stays. Counter staffs provided us a clear information about the stay. Millions of thanks. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and family

Technicians who came to do chemical wash the aircon which was not cold upon checking in.
Breakfast spread was good.

They provide free transportation to the resort but only if you dock at Sekupang
The staffs were very welcoming and always greet guests with a smile on their face. Whichever requests made, they made sure it was addressed at the soonest. Thank you harris waterfront team for the pleasant accomodations.
Staff is friendly. Clean environment. Like it when I came back to the hotel at night the corridor walkway smells nice as they on the humidifier along the walkway.
The hotel had a very good spread for breakfast and the staff were helpful and friendly. Could get taxis from the hotel to commute. Overall stay was pleasant 🙂🙂
