The room is clean and comfortable with a nice sized bed. The hotel is located near many restaurants and attractions that made it easy for us to just walk for sigh-seeing. There is parking nearby but its not affiliated, so parking is full priced but overnight parking is capped at a reasonable price. Breakfast is wonderful with a good spread.

Broad Street Townhouse, hotel in Saltford

Conveniently set in the centre of Bath, Broad Street Townhouse provides free WiFi throughout the property and a bar.

Location excellent. Nearby restaurants fantastic. Breakfast could have been good if you are not in a hurry, staff started at 8am. We were in a rush both mornings, going to Uni open days. On the second morning we asked for granola, they didn’t have it two mornings in a row. We just had toast, but even coffee and toast took more than 30 minutes. This just wouldn’t work if you were there on business. We booked a snug room, so didn’t expect it to be big, and it wasn’t. Bathroom really good size though.

The Old Manor House Hotel, hotel in Saltford

The service and quality of food ( dinner and breakfast) were outstanding. The location is ideal for Bath and Bristol ( bus-stop within metres; station 10 minutes walk away). It was quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything you need for a break away.

Saltford is a lovely little town and ideally placed between Bath and Bristol with great cycling and walking routes. We stayed at the Riverside inn which is very good but they close early on Sunday, luckily, we had booked a meal at the Bird in Hand, which is a short walk along 'The Shallows', where the food is also very good.

Lovely place to stay. Quiet and peaceful location. Some may think too quiet but it was perfect for us. Lovely view of the river from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. Food good - Great breakfasts! We would be happy to stay again in the future.
