The Kings Arms, hotel in Ramsden

Situated in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, The Kings Arms features a restaurant and a bar. The hotel offers free WiFi.

Charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food for dinner and the breakfast, which was included in the price, was excellent. Our room was very clean and I felt that a lot of thought and effort had gone into making us feel comfortable (quality teas and coffees, bottle of water, snuggly bathrobes, toiletries). The location was perfect for our visit to Blenheim Palace but we also loved the town itself so will be back.

Artist Residence Oxfordshire, hotel in Ramsden

This property is located in the village of South Leigh, just 15 minutes' drive to Oxford city centre and a 20-minute drive from the Cotswolds.

Staff members were helpful, polite and friendly. The accommodation was an experience. Had to walk through a herb garden to the quarters. Really nice. The location was great; peaceful with bird song. Well proportioned with everything you could need. The bar/dining area was interesting. Pictures, a large fireplace; what caught my eye was the cabinet with woven reincarnation of food stuffs long since made redundant. I though they were real at first. The different types of outdoor seating was amazing. I aim to try the rooms as they were all unique, quirky. Just what I like. All in all it was a pleasant environment with all age groups catered for. I will be visiting again.

Small room but beautiful room. Breakfast was excellent.

Small room but beautiful room. Breakfast was excellent. Wasn’t so keen about dinner thought it was too expensive . Staff good . Beautiful village. Beautiful pub. Eco friendly. Would have preferred a ground floor room as travelling with dogs. I did make them aware beforehand but they seem to forgot the memo . I would definitely go back .

Very pleaseant stay on a Sunday night of an Easter weekend, staying on a Sunday night .. owner and staff obviously very tired, after serving a busy Easter Sunday lunch, (which must be one of their busiest services with local lamb) ... but all the staff we met were all very pleaseant.
