All 4 of us being accommodated in a single room was what we were looking for, which we got here.
The price seemed decent with breakfast included.
Breakfast was loved by all.
Lobby was spacious and reading corner for kids with books were well-used.
Room and toilet were neat, lovely view from the wide windows.
The shower cabin was refreshing and not having a bathtub worked for us.

I liked the location. The staff was amazing, every morning they would replace the coffee pods, biscuits and water in the room. I liked the breakfast on the 1st morning, it was a la carte. The grounds are really nice to walk around. The room was really cozy and warm. The bed was comfortable. The food was a la carte, but I would have expected better service, better food

Staff friendly and food very good. Felt it was a bit dear, given it's age, but I presume it was because of the location. It is ready for some updating as there's evidence that some areas are looking tired. Would definitely stay again.

Heyford House is beautiful, with lovely gardens. We'd booked two rooms, and they were very in keeping with the property, but also had refitted bathrooms. Breakfast was served in the dinning room, and it was a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Beautiful farmhouse in lovely surroundings. Although bathroom was not en-suite I had it to myself and the bath was fab! Caroline was lovely as was the cooked breakfast. Great stay

Our son had bought my wife a 'Drive a Fire Engine' experience and we decided to stay overnight. That part of the trip was excellent. The centre was pleasant and clean. There were plenty of charity shops (a plus) and pubs to eat in. We chose the Penny Black in town (for drinks & breakfast) and The Acorn for a meal. At The Acorn, the staff were particularly friendly and the steaks were great.
Coles Bookshop was brilliant - could've spent a fortune.
Unless you're REALLY interested in clothes, the Village is a waste of time cos there are mostly clothes shops and it took us twenty minutes to have a wander round and then leave.

We wanted to visit the Bicester Shopping Village hence the road trip from Halifax to the area.
Stopped at the Holiday Inn overnight, basic facilities but okay for the one night, watch out for the £5 parking charge plus the PodPoint chargers aren’t free here unlike the Best Westerns.
The shopping village is definitely worth a visit, plenty of shops although quite a few are the usual chains but we enjoyed the experience.
We didn’t manage to get into Bicester itself as it was raining and a bit miserable weather-wise but I’ve been there years ago and its its worth a visit especially if you are keen on photography, plenty to see and do, overall worth breaking your journey for a visit

Stayed in Bicester, a lovely town, as it was close to the Silverstone Circuit for the F1 British Grand Prix, being only 30 minutes away. Great place for expensive outlet shopping.

The town is quiet and good for a restful weekend and shopping at luxury and sports brands. I enjoyed visiting the large number of shops at Bicester village, Bicester shopping park and there's a Tesco superstore - these three locations are within walking distance.
There are a few restaurant options as well for food.
The staff & the owner are absolutely incredible. The owner is clearly passionate about the hotel and making sure that it is a success. As someone with allergies they made sure that I didn't have to worry at all, from ensuring there was milk & snacks in the room that I could eat to every breakfast and dinner having my own menu. The food was exceptional and there is obviously a very talented chef behind the scenes too! Hotel renovations are looking amazing and I can't wait to come back and see when it is all finished!
What a lovely B&B Lionsgate is, in a great location for Bicester Village Outlet (5 minutes walk) and Town Centre for food at night (5 minutes also.)
Lionsgate was clean, bright and airy, beautifully decorated throughout and a spacious bedroom and en-suite. Kerrie has thought of everything, even down to phone charger, which I had forgotten. Water, tea coffee, biscuits, ear plugs (🙂) etc in room.
Breakfast was good, parking on-site...a real must if looking for somewhere to stay in Bicester. Thank you Kerrie.
I booked this room last minute as my BF and I were travelling and decided to stay the night in Bicester as it was on our drive route.
Great location 5 mins from the town centre
Close to Bicester Village shopping outlet
Very clean
But for us the stay was made by the welcoming and accommodating staff, we couldn’t have felt more looked after.
Abed works extremely hard and is the nicest friendliest person.
Thank you again
Would highly recommend!
Hotel was amazing, smelt gorgeous, and tastefully decorated. Room was spacious, and bed super comfortable. Tea and coffee machine with biscuits in the room, and lovely Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and had a really lovely dinner too. Hotel is well lit and very pretty inside and out, and was ready for Christmas 🎄Very close to Bicester shopping village which was just perfect.
This is an excellent B and B. Lots of attention to detail, Leo the owner was welcoming and chatty and clearly works hard. The room (number 4) looked out over the churchyard and was very comfortable with an immaculately clean en suite. The gardens here are stunning and worth a gentle wander. The canal walks are fun and the village is very photogenic. Recommend
Beautiful hotel and great location for bicester shopping Village and centre of Oxford.
We dined at the hotel in the evening and it was an amazing menu everything was perfect. Service was amazing and we also popped the bar for a night cap and had the best espresso martini outside of Italy!
I can't wait to come back here
Hotel is above a pub and is in a good central location with parking and many restaurants nearby. Very close to Bicester Village (which is why we went). Staff all seemed very pleasant and advised us of a discount at the bar if staying in the hotel. If anything room might be too cheap based on facilities, location etc.
Location was lovely ,country small village ,lovely gardens ,chalet was cosy and good size , all facilities were available ,fridge with water and milk ,and plenty of Tea/Coffee making items .Breakfast was amazing ,good selection ,both hosts Barbara & Troy were pleasant and helpful ,Thank you for a lovely visit
Hotel was like new, with nice clean room/bathroom. All facilities were good. Buffet breakfast was really good with good range of food and drinks to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also was a great location nr M40, park and ride for Oxford, and with Bicester Village also very close.
Perfect location for our shopping trip to Bicester Village Outlet Centre, which is a five minute walk. Loved the breakfast. Very large room - a joy in comparison to chain hotels - and very clean and light. Staff were fantastic.
Room was clean and recently decorated, if a little small. Hotel was opposite a pub serving good and inexpensive meals. Bus stop (for Oxford or Bicester Village, for example) was just over the road. Area was quiet over night.
The hotel is a bit old but the room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is simple but good enough. They provided free parking and wifi. The location is good and close to Bicester Village.
Very clean, modern, good facilities spa especially. Breakfast was delicious.
Lovely scenery surrounding hotel.
Easy to get to park and ride for Oxford and into Bicester village.
