Incredible place! Very friendly host, he told us the host of the place and how he restored the castle. The room is very big, with bath and vintage furniture, I like it very much! You can take a boat ride around the castle as well. And breakfast was excellent!

You need transport to get there and use it properly it will suit those people who like the country and the air and lifestyle it provides> In summer i imagine that the outside seating area is a wonderful asset and the barbeque in constant use

This is really a unique stay.
This is really a unique stay. An authentic chateau lovingly restored. Underfloor heating but still with exposed stone walls, etc so can be a bit chilly. The downstairs breakfast room/living room is warm and cosy. We had the chance to row on the moat - time didn't allow - but we will definitely make more time next visit. There are no evening meals, but lots of restaurants within reach - we chose Sache and the Auberge du XII Siecle - truly fabulous meal for 28€ Amazing value and wonderful cooking - the icing on our stay!
