The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Facilities were great with a washing machine a welcome sight! The location, adjacent to the park and Lake Annecy was ideal, with parking just a short walk away. Access to the old town was a few minutes walk. Our host made some excellent recommendations, some of which we happily followed up. We were traveling with our adult daughter and it was nice to have the additional space this apartment offers.We would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to spend some time in Annecy.

Beauitful apartment with balcony and mountain views. Dishwasher, washing machine and well equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, all added to our stay. The area is quiet (which we wanted) with a short drive to the lake which has plenty of parking (not always easy arounf Lake Annecy) which also has bars and restaraunts as well as a large supermaket in Faverges. Peggy our host was excellent, who met us at the complex to hand over keys / show us the apartment. Love this part of France and cant wait to return. Tres Bien

The hotel is beautifully situated at the shore of Lake Annecy, only a few km from the town Annecy. Everything was clean, staff were friendly, beds comfy and the view from our room was stunning (lake view with snow topped mountains raising right behind it). The breakfast room/restaurant has the same few - spectacular. There were enough parking spaces right in front of the hotel. We also liked the fact that there is no road between the hotel and the lake, just a bike & foot path, so it was nice and quiet at night.

Fantastic location less than 5 minutes walk to Gare Annecy (transportation hub) and Old Town Annecy. Many wonderful restaurants close by, a small supermarket on the corner (where I was able to get a sandwich and drink to bring on my hike around Lake Annecy), not far from Lake Annecy. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The staff (especially the young man Simione) was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I plan on returning later this year and will absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Well-taken care of, up-to-date, clean, small apartment with easy access to bike routes around Lake Annecy. We loved the convenience of having a well-equipped kitchen - very convenient, especially with a grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk. The balcony was our favorite feature. The owner had several brochures and pamphlets available and also made some great suggestions for both bike rental and dinners nearby. We easily found a parking spot in the lot or on the adjacent street.

Wonderful location with beautiful views of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains from windows and skylights on all sides. Right across the street from a casual dining restaurant with great food and staff… and tables right on the water’s edge! Apartment was spacious, clean and with all the amenities - including a crib offered for our baby without even asking. Additionally, two private parking spaces made this a complete snap for us. Will be back again without hesitation.

Lovely chalet style building but updated in a very sympathetic way. Good facilities - garden, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. Parking outside the hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lovely balcony with great views of Lake Annecy. There is no dining facility but you can order a great charcuterie and cheese platter with wine to eat on the terrace, in the lounge or on your own balcony

EVERYTHING was perfect! The apartment is walking distance from Lake Annecy and the Old Town, spacious and everything you could possibly need is available. Virginia is super friendly and helpful, and kindly provided plenty of goodies to keep us well fed ! (Cereals, biscuits, soft drinks, juice, etc.). Great even in the Summer heat as there was both a ceiling fan and a dyson available.

Beautiful location right on gorgeous Lake Annecy. The front patio wheee you eat breakfast and dine for meals overlooks the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped to set up paragliding outing and made dinner reservations one night. our dinner at the restaurant was exquisite. Make sure you make dinner reservations ahead of time and get a room with a lake view

The location is perfect, you can park your car for free and the little square with nice coffee and restaurants is around the corner. From the hotel it's just minutes away from Talloires beach, our favorite place near lake Annecy. Tony is an excellent host that helped us before our arrival and during our stay!

Large comfortable apartment with good kitchen and bathroom, 200 m from the main road around Lake Annecy. Quiet, with view onto meadows with horses and bulls. Safe car parking. Good area for cycling with bicycle lanes at most places around the lake. Nice walking paths start from the golf court parking nearby.

Hotel is right by lake Annecy and only few min walk into old town. It’s a great location if driving to Annecy, the private parking has elevators to the hotel. Rooms are tastefully decorated, everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, loved the many varieties of bread and pastries.

By far the main things in this hotel is the amazing view of Lake Annecy. The rooms with a view are more expensive, but the view is certainly worth it. The view was so great that most days we skipped restaurants and instead bought sandwiches (which were also great) and ate dinner in our room with a view

Good location within located just outside of Old Annecy (about a 5 minute walk to Palais de l'Ile. Two grocery stores located within 2-3 minute walk of hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. Jardin de l'Europe and Lake Annecy about a 6 minute walk.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from Lake Annecy and great restaurants and pubs nearby. Amazing views from the balcony. Large comfortable & quite apartment Monoprix supermarket 1 minute away which is great for stocking up on provisions.

It was ideal for an overnight stop in a modern hotel close to Lake Annecy. The reception staff were very welcoming, explaining everything clearly in English! we were given an enormous quadruple room and it was lovely to have our own outside space.

Very comfy hotel near to Lake Annecy in a nice and out of the way part of town. Could only stay overnight, but our quick stay was very nice. Remarkably good service by the staff, who also speak English. Highly recommended

Great location near banks of Lake Annecy, easy road and bus connections to Annecy. Good restaurant with nice terrace. Good balcony. Easy parking. Actually pretty peaceful. Its a hotel with so much potential.

Great location on Lake Annecy. Bike rentals available on site. Bike paths along the lake very convenient. Breakfast was arranged for a reasonable charge.

It's a charming and quaint hotel up a hill that overlooks Lake Annecy. Carlos especially was wonderful with great recommendations.
