oh wow. I fell in love with Dumaguete.
oh wow. I fell in love with Dumaguete. It is a bustling city indeed, to my surprise and still have the provincial charm or the small town charm that will make your stay worthwhile, I have enjoyed my walking around the city and the spots on next town, Valencia. I am for sure be coming back to cheack out some more places I miss to visit.

It would be nice to have stanchion signs at the entrance of the hallways asking people to be quiet as they go down the hallway so others sleeping will not be disturbed. Also, if the guard on duty hears hallway noise, they should try to correct the situation.

A traffic light/stop sign would be amazing in Dumaguete. It's a busy place and when driving you have to have your head on a swivel. Head over to Lee's Market, where you can shop forever. The plaza on the water is amazing at night...Sunday nights are off the hook...food stands, music, karate competition...bustling with positive energy.
If you want the finest fish in the world, head over to the wet market, where you can score pretty much anything you need to satisfy your seafood needs.
Other than that? Dumaguete should only be visited if you have business.
Location worked well - a number of food and drink options across the road including Coffee Bean. A short tricycle ride gets U into Dumaguete City where there is Starbucks, Gerry's Grill and a lot of local food options. Facilities including the pool were good, although there is major construction going on next door and next to the pool which is quite noisy.
Site security guards were helpful.
Apartment was an ok size and layout worked well.
Our stay was wonderful, the whole team put so much effort into making sure we had everything we needed - letting us check in early, arranging cabs, and an amazing tour to Apo Island. It truly exceeded our expectations, our Cabana was lovely and the whole place is a beautiful serene retreat in a busy city. Would absolutely recommend, and hope to return or visit their sister hotels in the future.
The place has a province vibe but near the city proper like it will just take 5-10mins max to get to the rizal boulevard.

Place is descent. Though its not a 1st class accomodation but worth th value. It has all that you need. You can cook, wash dishes, and heat water.. Plus free shampoo and body wash..😁😁
Good size double room with comfortable bed and really good quiet aircon. Good location a stroll from the city centre but peaceful and secluded at the same time. Proper warm water in the shower. Vicky was very nice and always happy to help. Three friendly dogs too!
I can also recommend Bisol Grill at the end of the road for nice local food and a warm welcome.
The location is very convenient to travellers who want to explore the city of Dumaguete. It is a walking distance to food, bars, malls. Also walking distance to the pier (if you are coming from or going to Siquijor). The breakfast tastes good and the room's interior is very modern and industrial.

We didnt expect that the rooms were so big.
And the staffs were so friendly and accomodating.
It was a bit far from the city proper but we had fun riding Grab Trike.
Perfect location, close to the port and city center. Ideal for a flight or port transfer. Beds were comfortable, breakfast of very good quality. We liked it!
