I loved everything about my stay but I left my one piece of bag with small eating things & a cap which I had bought from watching AUSTRALIAN OPEN in Melbourne, white one with AO 2024 written …. I sent my brother to pick the bag but the CAP is MISSING.. this is too BAD… please HELP

I like everything of my stay but after staying for 10 days no upgrade, no free laundry & the day I checked out 6:00am they offered complimentary breakfast… they should have done one day before & I would have definitely taken.
Left one bag and my cap is MISSING… if it had been an ordinary cap I would not make a hue & cry but this cap I watched Australian Open Melbourne 2024 & had bought it. The Manager called Manish said he would check CCTV but till now not found. As you can see my photos I came & donated 24 lakhs for building a monastery & then my husband played tennis match & won & distributed his prize money to the ball boys.

It's good for one day stopover.
It's good for one day stopover. You could visit Surya Sen park or Mahananda Sightseeing and chill there in the evening. ISCON temple will disappoint you unless you are a devotee. If you are a shopaholic, Hong Kong Market is a place to be. Baishaki Mela can be fun too.

Perfect stop over for travellers planning to visit Darjeeling, Sikkim hills or the dooars. Same applicable to travellers going to north east by road. But be sure to check facilities in hotel properties. Most of them do not provide free parking after promising.

Border town for two countries adjoining India ie. Nepal & Bhutan, and the Indian State of Sikkim makes it a significant resource provider for these three Himalayan regions. Well-connected by Rail, Road and Air with the key metros of India, Siliguri is also an important entry point for some of the world's most spectacular trekking and mountaineering routes.
I wanted a train experience in India, and I travelled on the Shatabdi Express from Howrah to Siligiri, with my final destination being Darjeeling.
The train arrived at 11 pm, and that meant the three hour trip up to Darjeeling would happen the next morning. so this hotel was simply a bad. That’s what they provided. The staff were understanding and sorted out a lift back to the Taxi ranks in the morning.
Had a comfortable stay at Saffron crest. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Awesome veg food served at the restaurant. But they do serve eggs for breakfast. Best part is its away from the crowded siliguri center. Yet, reachable distance to nearby malls. The hotel staff was very helpful in organising taxi.
Would recommend this hotel to family & friends. Its 40mins drive from the Bagdogra Airport.
Clean & Spacious well equipped room amenities. Pure vegetarian buffet breakfast but very delicious. Hotel’s location is near by Vega Circle in walking distance but due to road construction it is better to take an electric safari which is ₹10 per person on sharing basis.
Hotel looks good but not being maintained properly... The bathrooms was skiddy and I was very scared to use it.. food is not at all good. The mattress was not changed ..it is not clean.. value of money paid was of no use.. very unhappy..
The property is shining like a star in Siliguri. The manager was a sport. He took care of everything that was required and went above and beyond. The place had amazing options in the breakfast buffet as well.
The facility, cleanliness and the food. The F&B team and Kitchen team at Siliguri Kitchen Restaurant were too good (both food and service). The small Bon voyage cake was an icing on it.
My two-day stay at Saluja was fantastic! The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Siliguri
