So nice is the overall MsyFair kind ambience. Green Green and green all around with splendid premises and great food and unforgettable hospitality. The tea and snacks served inside the garden shanty is a must. MEMORABLE stay we relished.

I stayed at this hotel on my way back from Darjeeling, and it was a very good decision. The hotel is really beautiful and is surrounded by a tea garden, allowing me to take a morning walk through the tea garden, which was a beautiful experience and highly recommended. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was good.

Now that the Mayfair Group has 14 or more hotels located across 11 or more cities/locations, it is time for some serious introspection for enhancing the service quality dispensed by its staff members. Quality of service should be concomitant with the high quality of the infrastructure of its hotels and resorts. Something like The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development that's dedicated to training and developing its own people, should be given a serious thought.

Very attentive staff. My wife had left her spectacles in the hotel, when we checked out and we realised it a week later. We called them up and they were immediately helpful. Couriered the package within a few days, despite it being holiday season.

The property was incredible. The amenities provided in the hotel is indeed wonderful.It is ideal for a weekend getaway The food is exquisite and full of variety. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would like to mention Chef Monisankar who was friendly and helpful. He is skillful and attentive to the particular needs of the guests .His lip smacking and succulent dishes made our stay memorable.
